Products and Applications
• Specialty Gas Engine and Compressor Lubricants are high performance fluids formulated with HTMO (hydro treated mineral oil), PAO (polyalphaolefin) or PAG (polyalkylene glycol). These lubricants are used in natural gas gathering, transport and chemical processing applications. Examples of these items include CPI 1515, CPI 1516, CPI 1507, CPI 1005, CPI 4600, CPI 4624-68F, etc.
• Air Compressor Lubricants are high-quality, custom-blended synthetic or semi-synthetic fluids. These high-performance lubricants are recommended for use with flooded rotary screw, rotary vane, reciprocating, centrifugal
compressors and blowers. Examples of these items include CPI 9360, CPI 9301, AC ROTO, CPI 4601, CPI 1542, CPI 1522, etc.
• Industrial Lubricants use the best base fluid chemistry for engineered solutions in gear, hydraulic, chain, vacuum pump and heat transfer applications.
• Refrigeration Lubricants offer unparalleled choices for all types of refrigeration compressors and gases – including low GWP. They are designed to function at extreme temperatures and improve operational efficiency. They are also widely used in commercial and industrial refrigeration as well as service fill applications. Trusted by equipment manufacturers, CPI has over 100 approvals by major industry OEMs. Examples of these items include CPI 1009-68, CPI 4700 series, CPI 4214 series, etc.
• Food Grade Lubricants are necessary to run your food and beverage production facilities. You need the right lubricants to keep your facility running efficiently and with minimal downtime. CPI, an established leader in lubricants for the food industry, offers a complete range of lubricants and greases to meet all your plant needs. In addition, CPI offers NSF H1 registered lubricants for “above the line” applications where there is the possibility of incidental food contact. On top of that, CPI also offers products registered ISO 21469 for applications where there is no possibility of contact with food, CPI offers a range of NSF H2 registered lubricants, or “below the line” lubricants. Examples of these items include CPI 4600-F, CPI 4624- F, CPI 4617-F, CPI-FMO, etc.
